Privacy Policy
Effective July 28, 2026
This policy describes what this website collects, how service requests are shared with providers, and the choices available to you.
What we collect
- Service-request form: name, phone number, optional email, city, optional street address, property and problem details, your description, and the consent version you agreed to.
- Calls: the phone number on this site is a call-tracking number. When you call, the tracking service records call metadata (your number, time, and duration) so the request can be routed and measured. Calls are not recorded by this website's configuration.
- Technical data: when you submit the form, we store the submitting page, referrer, campaign parameters, and browser user-agent, plus a salted hash of your IP address used only for abuse prevention. The raw IP address is not stored with your request.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and events (such as phone-link clicks and form submissions). Microsoft Clarity is used to understand how pages are used (scrolling, clicks). These services may set cookies or similar identifiers. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell personal information.
How requests are shared
A service request — your contact details and what you described — may be shared with one or more third-party service providers so they can contact you about the request. That sharing is the purpose of the site and happens only for requests you submit or calls you place. The provider’s handling of your information is governed by the provider’s own practices.
Retention
Service requests are retained while they are operationally useful for routing, follow-up, and record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. Rate-limiting hashes are transient and roll over in short windows.
Your choices
- You can call instead of using the form, or vice versa.
- You can decline analytics cookies through your browser settings or blockers; the site works without them.
- You can ask us to delete a request you submitted — use the correction/contact path on the about page.
Changes
If our systems change — for example, if call recording is enabled or an analytics tool is added or removed — this policy is updated and the effective date changes.
